UPDATE ON POWER RESTORATION AND ONGOING ASSISTANCE FOR INDIVIDUAL HOUSEHOLDS

Polokwane Municipality hereby informs residents that power has been restored to most areas affected by recent high winds. The municipal maintenance team is now focused on addressing individual household issues.

The municipality kindly asks residents who have already reported their concerns but are still awaiting service to exercise patience; their queries will be attended to as soon as possible.

If customers are still experiencing issues, they are advised to report them via the municipal Electrical Helpline at 015 290 2490 or by WhatsApp (messages only) to 083 824 9886. When sending a WhatsApp message, customers are urged to include all of the following details in a single message:

• Your query or complaint
• Your address
• Your contact number
• Reference number (for follow-up messages)
