PLANNED ELECTRICITY SUPPLY INTERRUPTION – EXTENSION 133

Polokwane Municipality wishes to inform residents of Extension 133 of a planned
electricity supply interruption scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 30 April
2025, from 08h00 to 16h00.

This temporary interruption is necessary to allow the appointed electrical contractor to safely
close spans as part of the ongoing electrification project in Extension 133 Phase 3.

This essential work forms part of our continued efforts to improve and expand electricity
infrastructure within the area.

Residents are kindly advised to:

 Treat all electrical wiring as live at all times during the outage.
 Switch off all electrical appliances to avoid injury or damage when the power
supply is restored.

Electricity supply will be restored once the contractor has completed the work, which is
anticipated to be by 16h00, provided that all goes according to plan.
