RATES HALL WEEKEND OPENINGS IN JANUARY 2025

Polokwane Municipality hereby announces extended weekend operating hours at the Rates Hall in the Civic Centre during select dates in January 2025. This initiative aims to provide greater convenience to the residents and stakeholders.

Weekend opening dates and hours

• Sunday, 05 January 2025: 09H00 – 14H00
• Saturday, 11 January 2025: 09H00 – 14H00
• Sunday, 12 January 2025: 11H00 – 16H00
• Saturday, 18 January 2025: 11H00 – 16H00

 

Available services:

Residents will have access to:

• Payment of municipal accounts;
• Purchase of prepaid electricity and water tokens; and
• Purchase of VIP match tickets.

While full services will be offered on these weekends, residents are encouraged to visit during regular weekday hours for any specialized inquiries or assistance.
