REQUEST TO UPDATE PERSONAL DETAILS ON THE NATIONAL HOUSING NEEDS REGISTER – HOUSING DATABASE

Polokwane Municipality invites residents who registered on the Municipal Housing Database System (waiting list) for Low Cost Housing (RDP) between 2004 and 2007 to update their information at the Itsoseng Entrepreneurial Centre – Housing/Human Settlement Unit, located at 3 Silicon Street, next to the bus rank.

This update process, essential to maintaining a current and accurate housing database, is open until 28 February 2026.

Updating one’s details will help ensure that one’s application remains active and considered as the municipality works towards addressing housing needs.

This request applies specifically to individuals who:

• registered with an address outside Polokwane Municipality boundaries, or who lack contact details or ward information; and
• had their information recorded by the province on the Housing Subsidy System (HSS).
