TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF WEBSTER STREET AND WASTE TRANSFER STATION

Polokwane Municipality hereby notifies residents, businesses, and motorists of the temporary closure of the Waste Transfer Station on Webster Street and the closure of Webster Street in the vicinity of the station on Sunday, 20 October 2024.

This closure is necessitated by construction of stormwater crossings by a contractor.

Alternative arrangements:

• For waste disposal, residents are advised to make use of the Ladanna Waste Transfer Station during this period.
• Motorists are urged to utilize alternative routes to minimize disruptions to their commute.

The municipality apologises for the inconvenience caused.
