UPDATE ON POWER OUTAGE AFFECTING BENDOR AREA

Polokwane Municipality hereby informs residents and businesses that power supply has been successfully restored earlier today.

However, during the outage, some cables were stolen from one of minisubstations.

This has resulted in ongoing power disruptions affecting certain properties in the Bendor area.

The municipal technicians are working tirelessly to resolve the issue and restore full service to all affected properties as soon as possible.

The municipality urges all residents to remain cautious and treat all electrical wiring as live and to keep appliances switched off to prevent injury or damage when power is fully restored.

Polokwane Municipality apologizes for the inconvenience caused.
