#ReagaPolokwane | EXECUTIVE MAYOR ENGAGES TAXI INDUSTRY ON BRT AND OTHER TRANSPORTATION ISSUES

Executive Mayor Cllr Makoro John Mpe today met with representatives from the taxi industry to discuss the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system and other transportation issues affecting transportation stakeholders. This meeting is part of ongoing efforts to keep open communication between the municipality and its stakeholders.

After the meeting, Executive Mayor introduced the taxi industry to the newly constructed Leeto la Polokwane bus station. This state-of-the-art facility, now complete, will soon be ready to welcome commuters and transport them to various destinations within Polokwane.

The new bus station will improve the city’s public transport infrastructure and provide efficient and reliable services for all residents.
