RESTORATION OF WATER SUPPLY

Polokwane Municipality informs residents that water supply from the Sandriver North Manganese Plant has been successfully restored following a planned valve replacement earlier today.

The temporary disruption allowed essential maintenance to be carried out, ensuring the continued reliability of the system. Affected areas, including Luthuli, Emdo, and Ladanna, should start receiving water supply shortly.

Furthermore, supply to the areas surrounding Serala View, Flora Park, Fauna Park, Sterpark, Bendor, and Moregloed, which experienced challenges due to a disruption along the Dap Naude line, is now fully restored. Dalmada Plant, which is fed by the dam, is now operational and pumping water to these areas.

The municipality remains committed to ensuring a stable and uninterrupted water supply to all residents and appreciates the patience and understanding demonstrated during this critical maintenance period.
