Shortages experienced The public is alerted to conserve water as reservoirs are recovering very slowly after the breakdown at Olifantspoort on Wednesday. The reservoirs in the City and Seshego are critically low resulting in high positioned areas in Seshego, City and rural areas to experience shortages. Residents in low positioned areas receive water and are alerted to use this precious resource sparingly by limiting consumption to domestic usage. No watering of lawns and gardens. There is a need to conserve all water now, including underground water from boreholes as this is another source of supply to the rest of the communities. Play your part. Continue to use water sparingly. Water helpline: 0152902376/2629.
