POLOKWANE MUNICIPAL PLANNING BY-LAW,2017 TO BE AMENDED
Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of Sections 12,13 and 21(a) (b) of the Local Government: Municipal System Act 32 of 2000 read with Section 152(e) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 that the Polokwane Municipality intends to amend current POLOKWANE MUNICIPAL PLANNING BYLAW,2017.
Polokwane Local Municipality through Council resolution CR/44/07/24 would like to invite community and
stakeholders to make inputs and comments on the draft amended Polokwane Municipal Planning By-Law,2017.
The draft By-law will be available for perusal for a period of 28 days from the date of publication in the following
manner:
1. On the Municipal website.
2. Polokwane Municipality Cluster offices and Tribal offices as stipulated below:-
Written comments or inputs must be in writing to the Manager: City planning and Property Management,
Polokwane Municipality, P O Box 111, Polokwane, 0700.
Persons who cannot read or write will be assisted during office hours to transcribe their comments.
